Most homes here are villas. Your therapist needs a table or chair near a power socket, and somewhere to park for the length of the visit.
Al Mizhar is north of Mirdif and next to Al Khawaneej, a neighbourhood of private villas on large plots around Arabian Center. Homes are family villas, usually walled with a gate and a driveway. Give us the villa number and the nearest mosque or landmark, and say whether your therapist should park inside the gate or on the road outside.
