A women-only service

Hamd Beauty is a service by women, for women. Every therapist is a woman and every client is a woman. A booking for a group must be for women only.

Please provide a private space for the visit where the therapist can work undisturbed.

Booking

A booking is made for the services, date, time and address you choose. It is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. We use them to reach you on the day.

If the therapist you chose becomes unavailable, we will offer you another therapist or another time. If neither suits you, your deposit is returned.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5%. A travel fee applies in some areas and is shown in your total before you pay.

A deposit of 20% of the total is paid online when you book. The balance is paid at your visit.

For a bridal booking the deposit is 30%, and the balance falls due 7 days before the wedding.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your visit, your deposit is returned.

If you cancel 24 hours or less before your visit, or you are not at the address when the therapist arrives, the deposit is kept.

Rescheduling

You may move a booking once without charge, provided you do so more than 24 hours before the visit. The new time depends on availability.

Lateness

If you are not ready at the booked time, the therapist will wait as long as her next booking allows. Your visit may need to be shortened so that the next client is not kept waiting, and the full price remains due.

If the therapist is delayed, we will tell you as soon as we know. If the delay does not suit you, you may move the visit or cancel it and have your deposit returned.

Health and allergies

Please tell us when you book, and tell your therapist before she begins, about any allergy, skin condition, pregnancy, recent procedure or medication that could affect a service.

The therapist may decline or stop a service if she believes it would not be safe for you. Our services are beauty services and are not medical treatment.

In your home

Please provide a safe place to work with light, a seat and a power socket where the service needs one. Please keep pets and young children away from hot wax, tools and products.

The therapist may leave if she feels unsafe. In that case the deposit is kept.

Liability

We carry out every service with reasonable care and skill. If something is not right, tell the therapist during the visit or tell the concierge soon afterwards, so that we can put it right.

We are not responsible for a reaction caused by an allergy or condition we were not told about, or for results affected by aftercare advice that was not followed. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
