The Hygiene Promise
You are letting someone bring tools into your home. Here is what happens to them before they reach you, and how you can check.

Every therapist carries a numbered kit
The kit has an ID, such as HB-K-001, and it stays with one therapist. That number is printed on the case and shown in your booking.

Metal tools are cleaned, then sterilised
After every client day the metal tools are washed, sealed in pouches and sterilised in an autoclave. Each cycle is logged against the kit with its date, time and indicator result.

Single-use items are opened in front of you
Files, buffers, wax spatulas, strips, mascara wands and similar items are used for one client only. They are opened where you can see and discarded when your visit ends.

Linen is for one client
Towels, sheets and face cradle covers are fresh for your visit and leave with the therapist for laundering.

Hands and surfaces
She cleans her hands before she begins and between services, and wipes down the surface she works on before and after.
