How do I book?

Choose your services, your area and a time that is shown as open, then pay the deposit. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit is paid.

How much notice do you need?

The earliest time you can book is 3 hours from now, and the calendar opens 60 days ahead.

Can I choose my therapist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every therapist has a profile with her specialties, languages and areas. Choose her when you book, or use Match Me and we will suggest one.

Can I book for my mother, sisters or friends at the same visit?

Yes. One visit can look after 2 to 12 women. We send the number of therapists the group needs, and the travel fee is charged once.

Is the service for women only?

Yes. Every therapist is a woman and every client is a woman.

What do I need to prepare at home?

A comfortable seat, a table or clear surface near a power socket, and good light. The therapist brings everything else, including towels and linen.

How much is the deposit?

20% of the total, paid online when you book. The balance is paid at your visit.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 24 hours before your visit and the deposit is returned to you. Inside 24 hours the deposit is kept.

Can I move my booking?

Yes. Each booking can be moved once without charge, as long as you do it more than 24 hours before the visit.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price you see includes VAT at 5%.

Is there a travel fee?

Some areas carry a travel fee and some do not. It is listed on the Areas page and shown in your total before you pay.

How are the tools cleaned?

Metal tools are washed, sealed in pouches and sterilised in an autoclave after every client day. Each cycle is logged against the kit.

Which items are single-use?

Items such as nail files, buffers, wax spatulas, wax strips and mascara wands are used for one client only. They are opened in front of you and discarded after your visit.

How can I check the kit coming to my home?

Your booking shows the kit ID and when it was last sterilised. You can also type any kit ID into the Hygiene Promise page to read its record.

I have an allergy or a skin condition. What should I do?

Tell us in the notes when you book, and tell your therapist before she begins. She will adjust the products or advise you not to go ahead with a service.

What does a membership include?

One visit a month with the services named in your plan, a discount on anything else you book, and first call on the times held for members.

What is member priority?

Times on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are held for members first. A held time that is still open 48 hours before it starts is released to everyone.

Can I book other services as a member?

Yes. Anything outside your plan is booked in the usual way, with your member discount applied.

Message the concierge with your area. If a therapist can reach you, we will arrange it.
