Question 1

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We visit homes in Mirdif, Al Khawaneej, Al Warqa, Al Mizhar, Deira, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Marina. If your area is not listed, message the concierge and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Question 2

Do you have a salon I can visit?

Accepted Answer

No. Hamd Beauty is a home service: your therapist comes to you with everything she needs.

Question 3

How soon can a therapist come to my home?

Accepted Answer

The times shown on this page are open now. The earliest booking is 3 hours ahead, and you can book up to 60 days in advance.

Question 4

Is the service for women only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every therapist is a woman, and so is every client.

Question 5

How do I know the tools are clean?

Accepted Answer

Every therapist carries a numbered kit. Metal tools are sterilised after every client day and logged, and single-use items are opened in front of you. Your booking shows the kit number and its last sterilisation date.

Question 6

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancel more than 24 hours before your visit and your deposit is returned. You can move a booking once at no charge, up to 24 hours before.
