Korean lash lift
Also called: K-lash lift
A style of lash lift associated with Korean salons that aims for a softer, more natural curl than a tight lift, often with lash-by-lash placement.
Korean lash lift is a name used for a lash lift done in a particular style rather than a different treatment. The chemistry is the same: a shield, a lifting lotion, a setting lotion and usually a tint. What changes is the look. The lashes are separated and placed one by one on a gentler shield so the result is an open, feathered curl rather than a sharp upward bend, and the lotions are often left for a shorter time.
It takes around an hour and lasts the same six to eight weeks as any lash lift, growing out with the natural lash cycle. It suits women who want a lift that is barely noticeable as a treatment, and those with straighter or downward-pointing lashes who found a standard lift too curled.
Because the name is not standardised, ask exactly what the therapist means by it. Hamd Beauty does not list a Korean lash lift; it offers a lash lift and tint, and you can ask for a softer curl when you book.
We do not offer this at present. It is explained here because people ask about it.
